Refund Policy

​​Return conditions

​

For products returned for replacement, you must attach photos of the details and the packaging with which you received the product

Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, in the original packaging.

In the event that you no longer have the original packaging, we kindly ask you to independently recover adequate packaging suitable for transport.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and the refund or replacement will not be made.

Reasons for return

For replacement:

Damaged product (only if accompanied by photos of the damage and the packaging with which you received the product)

Non-compliant goods: the product is different from the description;

In the two cases listed above, we will take care of the return.

In the event that the purchased goods do not satisfy your liking, you can proceed with the replacement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product (excluding customized products); the replacement request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, complete with original packaging, labels and any other accessories that may be present. The product must not have been used, worn or damaged.

The shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer.

It will be the customer's responsibility to organize the shipment of the product to our headquarters, using a traceable shipping service to ensure its safety and delivery.

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, letter c, the right of withdrawal for distance contracts is always excluded in the cases in which it concerns goods made to measure or clearly personalized, perfect personalized orders cannot be withdrawn.
